Tree Energy & Strength

This morning was a call to walk in the woods behind our house. Such a beautiful time of year, leaves falling softly, trees breathing in the open spaces. The air was crisp and invigorating.

I believe that there are those who can "whisper" to the trees... While I do not presume to call myself one, I do pay respect to the trees I walk by, touch them if I feel invited, talk to them if there is respect & thanks to be paid, and hug those who feel open to it. I am blessed to have some lovely big trees on the property I call home. One today, had a Grandmother energy about her and I am honoured to have spent some time with this wondrous Beech tree today... May your day be filled with beautiful moments to cherish, to heal & to teach you.
