Wonder about the power & energy all around us?

Have you ever stood outside before a storm?

I perfectly timed a swim before the thunderstorms rolled in on this summer's day. After storms overnight, it was the quiet between. I could hear the rumblings off in the distance as the cloud cover moved in overhead. It was as if the trees were all in a moment of pause feeling the energy that was already here & what was on its way. The air holding its breath, the creatures calming in readiness & recognition. I know it is partly the literal electricity around but with it came the reminder that we are all energy, we are all connected together with our natural world, even if we work & behave differently.

Remember to breathe in this energy whenever you need reminding and let the natural power be one with you again.
